“Another great day for the “Trust,” security moved, locks changed, security vehicles moved off the property after they illegally broke into Eugene McDermott’s property early Friday morning at 1am like cowards in the night which is more like the actions of criminals then a professional security company.
Their was a crowd of nearly 300 proud Irish people who behaved impeccable like true free Irish sovereign people.
What a proud moment to see 300 concerned people march over the hill in a straight line on their way to the farm singing the fields of athenry.
The security men were escorted off the property but made a token resistance against impossible odds but they were been removed regardless of what ever complaints they had but removed in a peaceful way regardless of what the Independent newspaper says.(we all know who they support anyway, so think carefully before supporting any of the advertisers)”

Barroughter & Clonmoylan Bogs Action Group are highlighting the continued harassment of rural people on County Galway. This harassment is to be condemned and highlighted. Locals going to Church on Sunday faced harassment and intimidation. This must not be allowed to continue. In the face of this intimidation and harassment, stay calm and maintain your integrity.
How tragic to the see the “Guardians of the Peace” become the political police of the EU.

The Independent TD Mattie McGrath is to launch a High Court challenge against the constitutionality of the Government's Abortion Bill.
He said that he has lodged the injunction on the grounds that the Oireachtas has no right to vote on a Bill that contains provisions that have been put to the Irish people before in referenda and which they rejected.
Meanwhile, the Public Expenditure Minister has rejected the opposition's claims that last night's abortion bill debate was a shambles.
The Dail sat until 5am to deal with proposed amendments to the abortion bill - but the Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin said the government had not consulted opposition parties before arranging the late sitting.
The Dáil will now continue its discussions on the Protection of Life During Pregnancy Bill at 4.30 this afternoon.
Some people cave in under State persecution whilst others get stronger in their determination to preserve their tradition and heritage. This was demonstrated recently at Carrownaguppal Bog in Mountbellew, Co. Galway. Described as a ‘Jewel in the Crown’ by the NPWS, which also confirmed that turf has been cut successfully in nine of the fifty three bogs. In the week that European Commissioner Janez Potočnik visited Ireland, how fitting it was that the bog owners and turf-cutters upheld their constitutional right to cut turf on their legally owned private property bog plots.
This is good news for rural Ireland and it shows the Irish people are willing to stand up to the unelected bullies in the EU. It shows also that the relocation scheme in Mountbellew is dead “in the bog hole water” as one bog action group has described it.

The Irish Constitution acknowledges the right to life of the unborn. Direct and intentional killing of unborn child through abortion is always wrong. A “sunset clause” or anything that betrays the innocent must be rejected. We stand firmly against the spilling of innocent blood through abortion. Let’s continue to pray and act accordingly to stop the shedding of innocent blood in Ireland.
Coverage is given in the 12th April edition of The Connacht Tribune, the main regional newspaper in County Galway. A point to highlight is the aerial monitoring of bogs in South East Galway, which has increased in recent weeks.
With the four men, who are not criminals, back in court in Galway on 28th May, you are encouraged to travel to Galway on the day for a solidarity gathering. Do tell your friends about it and make the effort to support the men on the 28th.
The following is important information
Preamble:
CONSTITUTION OF IRELAND
In the Name of the Most Holy Trinity, from Whom is all authority and to Whom, as our final end, all actions both of men and States must be referred,
We, the people of Éire,
Humbly acknowledging all our obligations to our Divine Lord, Jesus Christ, Who sustained our fathers through centuries of trial,
Gratefully remembering their heroic and unremitting struggle to regain the rightful independence of our Nation,
And seeking to promote the common good, with due observance of Prudence, Justice and Charity, so that the dignity and freedom of the individual may be assured, true social order attained, the unity of our country restored, and concord established with other nations,
Do hereby adopt, enact, and give to ourselves this Constitution.
Article 6
1. All powers of government, legislative, executive and judicial, derive, under God, from the people, whose right it is to designate the rulers of the State and, in final appeal, to decide all questions of national policy, according to the requirements of the common good.
The Family
Article 41
1. 1° The State recognises the Family as the natural primary and fundamental unit group of Society, and as a moral institution possessing inalienable and imprescriptible rights, antecedent and superior to all positive law.
2° The State, therefore, guarantees to protect the Family in its constitution and authority, as the necessary basis of social order and as indispensable to the welfare of the Nation and the State.
Private Property
Article 43
1. 1° The State acknowledges that man, in virtue of his rational being, has the natural right, antecedent to positive law, to the private ownership of external goods.
2° The State accordingly guarantees to pass no law attempting to abolish the right of private ownership or the general right to transfer, bequeath, and inherit property.
2. 1° The State recognises, however, that the exercise of the rights mentioned in the foregoing provisions of this Article ought, in civil society, to be regulated by the principles of social justice.
2° The State, accordingly, may as occasion requires delimit by law the exercise of the said rights with a view to reconciling their exercise with the exigencies of the common good.
Trespassing on private property is a criminal offence, SEE Housing Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2002 section 24(19c). Gardai obliged to take appropriate action.
This report is dedicated to the late Fr John Fahy (1893-1969).
It was a great honour to be in Loughrea earlier as over 800 people turned up in solidarity with the four turf cutters, who are standing up for what is right and oppose what is wrong. Many turf cutters attended as well as people showing solidarity with the four men and upholding the right to cut turf on private property. Many travelled long distances to attend. Well done in particular to the group from Kerry.
Thought and Action wishes to thank the four men. Before court they were calm and composed. These four men are no criminals and an example to us all. They are standing up for the right thing. In the days ahead may they stay strong and as demonstrated today their morale is strong and people support them.
After the court case everybody marched through the streets of Loughrea. A bodhrán player lead the march and there was some song on the march. There was fantastic support from people. People waved and cheered from the doorways of shops and car horns were in use. School children waved from buses that passed by.
The case has been adjourned to the Galway Circuit Court on 10th April.
A cheer went up as the men left the court and were met with applause as they drove away. A sincere word of thanks to the organisers of today’s very successful solidarity protest. Do continue to support the four men and the turf cutters.
Here are some photographs.
A final reminder in relation to the turf cutters who appear in Loughrea District Court tomorrow. Show your solidarity and support.

“NPWS OFFICE, The Westbridge, Loughrea, Co. Galway. This is the assembly point for our SOLIDARITY GATHERING on Wednesday March 6th at 11am. We will assemble there to show our solidarity with the FOUR IRISH TURF CUTTERS who will be before Loughrea District Court next Wednesday. This case is about the right of the citizens of Ireland to own private property and to use that private property for the benefit of their families. In the name of God and of the dead generations of Irish turf cutters support the four accused men and stand up for what is right for Irish people and oppose what is wrong. WE ASK ALL PATRONS NOT TO INTERFERE WITH THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE DISTRICT COURT AND STAY A SUITABLE DISTANCE FROM THE COURTHOUSE. Loughrea welcomes all our friends and supporters to "THE TOWN"

We can not as responsible inhabitants of this island allow the government and banking elite to continue to steal Ireland's resources, impose austerity to pay for the mistakes of greedy bankers and investors, convert private debt to sovereign debt, making decisions that will affect if allowed to impoverish and enslave people of this island for generations to come.
Our silence is our consent, we must let them hear our voices loudly, clearly and peacefully enough is enough.
There are many honourable groups of ordinary men and women on this island, who are standing proud against injustice. They support and assist people facing eviction, legal action, negotiation with lending institutions, abuses of human rights, and the theft or Ireland's resources and many other groups who are involved in many other important aspects of our lives.
We seek to unite on this common cause and call on these groups to work towards a common goal to use this campaign to show the governments and lending institutions that we the people hold the power and we will not be forced by coercion and duress to accept a liability that is not of our making.
Any actions taken in our name can be repealed or made void. We seek as part of our united action to demand a refund of this austere and repugnant tax.
We will challenge the Household Charge and Property Tax on the basis that it violates our Human Rights, Our Constitution and our personal right to not be forced to sign under coercion a declaration of liability. A declaration of liability that we likely be sold to International Bankers (unelected and unappointed) foreign masters by our traitorous government.
We need to join us in this challenge and help us stop this madness. You can help in a number of ways.

Comment:
The two articles below demonstrate as clearly as possible that this government does not know
HOW TO LIE in a credible way.
The first article from the Irish Independent (February 19th) reports that 120,000 homeowners
did NOT register their septic tanks. The second article from the Irish Examiner (February 20th) reports that 90,000 homeowners did not register their septic tanks.THIS IS A WHOLE OF 30,000 HOMES! Is Hogan seriously trying to tell us that 30,000 people registered in the
middle of the night?! Moreover, if you return to the original articles about septic tank
registration in 2012, you will note in all the papers that there were 447,000 septic tanks said
to be in the country. A DIFFERENCE OF 53,000 SEPTIC TANKS!
It is an exact re-run of the Household Charge fraud. At the beginning of the campaign, 1.8
million houses were due to register, once council houses and housing associations were
removed from the equation. Almost overnight, this dropped inexplicably to 1.6 million. What
happened to 200,000 houses in 24 hours.
THE LESSON:
DON’T REGISTER!
DON’T FEAR THESE CROOKS!
STAND ON YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY SO-CALLED EPA
INSPECTOR ENTRANCE TO YOUR PROPERTY (Article 40, Point 5)!
500,000 homeowners face septic tank inspections from July
Paul Melia – Irish Independent, 19 February 2013
UP TO 500,000 homeowners can expect their septic tank to be inspected from next July.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced details of a national inspection
plan with 120,000 homeowners who refused to register their tanks among the first to be
inspected.
Just 1,000 inspections will take place in the first year of the new regime, but the number is
likely to increase.
The inspection regime follows a ruling from the European Court of Justice last December that
Ireland was not doing enough to protect groundwater.
The EPA said the aim of the inspection regime was to ensure that systems were working
effectively and that risks to the environment were eliminated.
Septic tanks process waste-water from houses, including water from washing machines and
toilets, and if the water is not treated effectively it can pollute groundwater and pose risks to
human health.
“There are around 500,000 homes in Ireland with domestic waste water treatment systems –
our goal is to have every single one of those working effectively,” EPA director Gerard
O’Leary said.
“If treatment systems are not working properly they can pose significant risks to people’s
health and to the environment. The National Inspection Plan initially focuses on a campaign
to advise, educate and help people to operate and maintain their systems. We want to
increase the chances of treatment systems passing inspections as this will deliver the best
outcome for public health and the environment. Inspections will begin later this year and will
be concentrated in areas in need of greatest protection.”
Inspections will be targeted in areas at high-risk, including bathing and drinking water
sources and pearl mussel beds.
Homeowners will be notified of an inspection at least ten days in advance by their local
authority.
The inspections will focus on determining whether or not the treatment system is working
properly, and will include checking to see if the system is registered, is not leaking and if it
has been properly maintained.
The EPA said owners of domestic waste water treatment systems who have registered their
system, and maintain it, do not need to take further action
Inspectors to target off-register septic tanks
Irish Examiner, February 20, 2013
The 90,000 householders yet to register their septic tank will be in the frontline of a new
inspections regime announced yesterday by the Environmental Protection Agency.
By Noel Baker
The EPA said its plan for domestic waste water systems was about safeguarding both public health and the environment.
Latest figures show that while about 500,000 homes in Ireland have domestic waste water treatment systems, 18% missed the Feb 1 deadline for registering a septic tank.
As part of the inspections scheme, certain areas will be prioritised, starting with those who have not registered.
Any household being inspected will be notified 10 days in advance.
The EPA said it was keen to prioritise homes where drinking water might be affected.
Gerard O’Leary, EPA director, said: “There are around 500,000 homes in Ireland with domestic waste water treatment systems — our goal is to have every single one of those working effectively.
“If treatment systems are not working properly, they can pose significant risks to people’s health and to the environment.
“The national inspection plan initially focuses on a campaign to advise, educate, and help people to operate and maintain their systems.”
Anyone who missed the deadline for registering their septic tank will be unable to draw down any grants and face covering the costs themselves.
Environment Minister Phil Hogan said that householders whose systems are being maintained and are not causing pollution, had nothing to fear from the implementation of the inspection plan.
Mr Hogan also labelled opposition parties “reckless” for their “irresponsible behaviour” in opposing the septic tank charges.
The EPA also welcomed the announcement Ireland was now compliant with the Court of Justice judgment in Case C-188/08, in which the European Commission had ruled against Ireland on the grounds that domestic waste waters were being discharged through septic tanks in the countryside.
With the right to private property enshrined in the Irish constitution this short post looks at the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997.
http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/1997/en/act/pub/0026/sec0018.html#sec18
18.—(1) The use of force by a person for any of the following purposes, if only such as is reasonable in the circumstances as he or she believes them to be, does not constitute an offence—
(a) to protect himself or herself or a member of the family of that person or another from injury, assault or detention caused by a criminal act; or
(b) to protect himself or herself or (with the authority of that other) another from trespass to the person; or
(c) to protect his or her property from appropriation, destruction or damage caused by a criminal act or from trespass or infringement; or
(d) to protect property belonging to another from appropriation, destruction or damage caused by a criminal act or (with the authority of that other) from trespass or infringement; or
(e) to prevent crime or a breach of the peace.
(2) “use of force” in subsection (1) is defined and extended by section 20 .
(3) For the purposes of this section an act involves a “crime” or is “criminal” although the person committing it, if charged with an offence in respect of it, would be acquitted on the ground that—
(a) he or she was under 7 years of age; or
(b) he or she acted under duress, whether by threats or of circumstances; or
(c) his or her act was involuntary; or
(d) he or she was in a state of intoxication; or
(e) he or she was insane, so as not to be responsible, according to law, for the act.
(4) The references in subsection (1) to protecting a person and property from anything include protecting the person or property from its continuing; and the reference to preventing crime or a breach of the peace shall be similarly construed.
(5) For the purposes of this section the question whether the act against which force is used is of a kind mentioned in any of the paragraphs (a) to (e) of subsection (1) shall be determined according to the circumstances as the person using the force believes them to be.
(6) Notwithstanding subsection (1), a person who believes circumstances to exist which would justify or excuse the use of force under that subsection has no defence if he or she knows that the force is used against a member of the Garda Síochána acting in the course of the member's duty or a person so assisting such member, unless he or she believes the force to be immediately necessary to prevent harm to himself or herself or another.
(7) The defence provided by this section does not apply to a person who causes conduct or a state of affairs with a view to using force to resist or terminate it:
But the defence may apply although the occasion for the use of force arises only because the person does something he or she may lawfully do, knowing that such an occasion will arise.
(8) Property shall be treated for the purposes of subsection (1) (c) and (d) as belonging to any person—
(a) having the custody or control of it;
(b) having in it any proprietary right or interest (not being an equitable interest arising only from an agreement to transfer or grant an interest); or
(c) having a charge on it;
and where property is subject to a trust, the persons to whom it belongs shall be treated as including any person having a right to enforce the trust.
Property of a corporation sole shall be treated for the purposes of the aforesaid provisions as belonging to the corporation notwithstanding a vacancy in the corporation.
Comment:With abortion always intentionally tearing apart and ending the life of the unborn child, opposition to abortion continues. Yesterday, Thought and Action distributed leaflets in Athenry. In Article 40 of the Irish Constitution it states “All citizens shall, as human persons, be held equal before the law.” and “The State acknowledges the right to life of the unborn” What they are proposing is unconstitutional and immoral. The direct and intentional killing of the innocent, our future generation.
A MAJOR Fine Gael split on abortion is likely to accelerate after the announcement by Health Minister James Reilly that he will bring a memo to Cabinet on abortion legislation next week.
In a sign of ongoing tensions, the Sunday Independent has learnt that Fine Gael senator Fidelma Healy Eames has sent a letter to all Fine Gael TDs and senators warning that "a free vote is critical on matters of conscience".
Ms Healy Eames told her colleagues: "We have one of the safest countries in the world in which to have a baby and no doctor at the hearings ever withheld, or knew of any doctor to ever withhold, or refuse, medical treatment to a woman in difficulty in pregnancy in Ireland."

“Great start to a new year, Update on "Constitution Halts District Court"
After a commercial "fine" could not be paid due to CORK DISTRICT COURT failing to produce a "Valid" operating license to show where they get there authority from. On the alleged notice the DISTRICT COURT requested payment of a fine to be made on the 19th of December issuing terrible threats if this fine was not paid. But after the failure to produce licensing complaint was made to Gardai, instead on the 19th (day fine was to be paid) we received a letter from Garda Headquarters in Anglesea Street Cork basically saying that the complaint was recognized and gave us advice on how to follow up our complaint, eventually advising us to seek legal advice as we challenge the authority of this DISTRICT COURT.
Yesterday we were in with Gardai again, who told us it is now a civil case and has nothing to do with gardai and wished us the best of luck and told us they like and respect what we are doing, and good on us for standing up for our rights. So we will now be taking this matter further, we would like to actually thank Gardai for there time and patients over the last few weeks as we realize it was the first time Gardai had to deal with a complaint like this and in fairness they could not have been more respectful to us over the last few weeks.
As the DISTRICT COURT also flies the European Union Flag and are the ones who criminally deceive and lie to Gardai to implement EU "Acts" and commercial business policy as being "Law" for financial gain this now also evokes serious questions which need answering about the whole authority of the European Union. Its kind of funny when you think challenging the authority of a parking fine has the potential to crash the entire system of corruption. Please don't fear these Courts anymore, learn from our example stand up for your rights and challenge everything. Hope everyone has a healthy and peaceful 2013”
2012 has been a significant year for those defending the family home.

TAOISEACH Enda Kenny said there will not be a "rash of house repossessions" as a result of the Government’s promise to remove a legal loophole preventing banks taking properties.
The Government has promised the EU-IMF bailout team to end the loophole.
Mr Kenny said the coalition has “no intention of having a rash of house repossessions”.
Public Spending Minister Brendan Howlin said it was a “priority” of the Government to ensure “families maintain the family home”.
“It will remain the objective of the Government,” he said at the launch of the IPA Administration Yearbook and Diary for 2013.
Mr Howlin said the Personal Insolvency Bill will be in place to allow families to reschedule debt.
“I don’t expect, in truth, any mass repossessions of houses, certainly for family homes, next year,” he said.

Many people saw the heavily pregnant Sinead Redmond speak at a rally agitating for abortion in Ireland. She is in her eight month of pregnancy. Many atheists and anti Catholic people are agitating for abortion on demand in Ireland. What has been discussed is the Irish constitution and in particular the preamble. These atheists take the time to make war on God, to renounce him, to mock him, to keep him out of society.
The common good in society is certainly not abortion on demand or any intentional killing of the unborn child in designated ‘clinics’. The preamble of our constitution is worth reading and sharing.
